Dislikes

Poor quality network, less skilled bosses. Only lobby people surviving and growing. Weak culture. Can't move from headquarter even on weekends. 8 am daily concall for 1 - 1.5 hour for only sales projection. Work till 10/11 pm.

Nothing here to like, wrost work culture, only chatu employee gets promoted. Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
