No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. ...the Company no allowance to off role employee. Discount structure to dealer. Salary structure to employ individuals

It's all game played by superior and putting all effort by low level employees the company should take smart work but nt to go for hard work.

Compensation is descent but growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high.sometime the superior gives the high pressure on ground level employees.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
