Covid19 period Shree Balaji Roadlines can't give work from home and also not give salary. I give my best but company not give me best support.

My 3 year 4 month working period only one time payment increment given by this company no Diwali Bonus received from this company. No rules and regulations this company.

I M WORKING AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE IN SHREE BALAJI ROADLINES .I M ENJOYING MY WORK. I HANDLED ALL TRANSPORTATION AND RELATED VICAT SAGAR CEMENT WORK.

I HAVE 19 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION FIELD,BUT SALARY IS GIVEN SO MUCH POOR. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 15 HOURS IN A DAY.MEDICAL ALLOWNACE, PETROL ALLOWNCE NOT GIVEN BY COMPANY.NO FACILITY OF CORPORATE OFFICE. HARD WORK.

You do not need to worry about your job Security just do your daily tasks. work culture is good, not pressurized by the management.

The teammates are very friendly, keep a distance from some of the oldest employees, they will feed negative things about the company and demoralize you. There have no HR policies. The HR department is just a puppet of management.

SBR management is very poor they removes his employee without notice period and without specific reasons. There is too much politics in senior staff.very very bad experience & some senior officer is bossing on juniors like he buyed their whole life .
