Quick decision, homely environment, cooperative management and employees, adopting new technology,own construction materials facilities like crusher, batching plant ,WMM plant ,own welding house . Good relationship with govt authorities, Politicians as well as locals which is much needed for a construction company. Diversified construction work starting from road,bridges, housing, railway to industrial projects and irrigation projects.

Dislikes

Strict working hours for corporate office but flexible for site office. Should be a uniform policy of yearly increment and standard pay structure.

Dislikes

1. The culture of company is not professional. 2. There is no job security. Everybody suffer from non-payment of salary regularly. 3. Listening to the backbit tings and behaving in a bad manner are the inbuilt habit of the little educated Directors/ Owners. 4. The Projects taken by the company being operated without any planning in a haphazard way. They works with compromising in Quality very miserably like small sub contractors. In public relation and client handling, the system is having an indecent way. 5. Finally I think a Professional Engineer can't get job satisfaction there, no job security, non-payment of salary, no growth, no knowledge gaining or learning environment is there.

Always you are free hand in your site like a incharge, all decision is yours only and only you responcible for it. This is like a training center. Freshers are join and then left it when learn or experinced.

Dislikes

All old employee are currupt. Mechnical incharges are selling vehicle HSD and store incharge take mess and then currption in all employ food take extra charge for per meal, site account and all old employees are Acting MD in the site they are only record video of site progress and send it to babu(MD) and take credit sir yha tak kaam ho gya. When babu ask,"kab tak khatm ho jayega to ye log new site engineer se puch ke ki kab tak khatm ho jayega credit lete hai. " No sallery growth. Unless you are going in second company. And there are mostly recommend pepole by pm or other incharge there are only sallery growth for these people. This company is like a subcontractor there are no sallery slip, EPF,ESIC, no food accumdation, when you are go to company work in out of site when you are take a lunch and you want to lunch (tiffen) money you will show a recipt for it. When late night you are working and supply labour are told you Tiffen. Company rule told that," sabke hath me 2-2 packet biscut dekar chahe wo engineer,incharge or pm ho photo khicho client ko bhi water bottle dete ho to photo khiche." Maje ki baat ye hai ki company ke malik ko kisi par bharosha nhi wo sari site detail local securtiy guard se puchte hai naa ki PM or incharge se aur jaydatar baate MD ko pta bhi nhi chalti hai kyunki MD inhi par viswas karte hai aur inhi se site ki report bhi. Akdam Andher nagri chaupat raja jaisi condition hai. Jab mai yha NTPC lara project me balaji me tha to ye ke Plant incharge jo ki ak supervisor hai usne 20,10 mm aggregate bech diya. This company is training center, for Engineers fresher engineer aate hai aur experience lekar chale jate hai Aap hamesh free hand hote hai apne site pe like a incharge.

Yha par sabhi purane employee currupt hai mechnical incharge (supervisor) HSD bechate hai, site store incharge wo mess me driver staff ki fooding ko badha ke currpution karte driver deli HSD bechate hai aur incharge ko commission dete hai, Naye Engineer ko site par bhej ke bolenge gadi nhi aur lift manga ke aa jao. Site accountant local labour payment se rakh lega aur round figure kerke dega . Aur mechnical incharge (supervisor ) apne aap ko PM jaise acting karte hai bhale hi kaam ke bare me kuch na pata ho. Aur MD log inki baato ko man bhi lete hai
