New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. In the beginning, no one knows about the company's behavior and the employee joins because before joining, we are shown the dream of Mungeri Lal, in which we were also an employee who joined.

Dislikes

I don't like it because there is no discipline in this company, there is no HRA policy, in the beginning one gets to see big dreams but later their value comes down to zero percent. The future of any staff is not secure in this company. That is why no staff is satisfied with Shri Azad Company, that is why I do not like it
