1. Salary is delayed/withheld or not paid on time. HR and accounts will dodge salary-related questions. 2. Toxic work culture. 3. Abusive MD and Executive Director. 4. HR and Administration are laughable. 5. IT is almost non-existent. Pirated software is used which slows down outdated laptops and desktops. 6. The accounting department struggles to pay vendors and employees because the company has zero funds. 7. Office infrastructure is practically in shambles. 8. Complete mismanagement and no clear vision or goal. 9. Unstable and incompetent upper management. 10. Lala company.

1. If you are able handle most toxic ambience, humiliation and internal team politics all the time then this is the place for you. 2. If u can go and make special relationship with boss then only u get good hike and promotion, u"ll get promoted even though u are worthless just u have to seat with boss's la.p and do extra shift after office for that if u r a female, male must know how to li.ck boss's shoe. 3. You will never get any appreciation if u are hard worker. Rather your colleagues work will come upon you. 4. You have to be mentally strong as your team mate will do constantly bitching, bul.lying,making nasty jokes about you and conspiracy against you. 5. Colleagues will completely abandon you and won't gel up / having words with you untill and unless you can do act like them as mentioned earlier. 6. If you are unable to cope up then be ready to be rag.ged in a massive way. 7. Your boss will never help u rather would say to leave if u go for help. 8. If u say anything about problem to hr then within 5 minutes everyone will know that along with the concern people against whom u have complained. 9. Be ready to listen - u r worthless, leave then, get out along with the abusive words. 10. Be ready to do those work which never relates to ur jd. 11. Colleagues will throw all of their work on u and will be engaged in conspiracy and at the end of the year they only get promotion along with the good hike. 12 No job security, fixed time is there, no jd is there. Boss will never allow ur leave even u r entitled, rather make u bound to do overtime every day along, with on holidays also. 13. Your boss will always complain and conspire against u with the help of other colleagues in front of the management. Boss will always create tremendous work pressure to torture and leave. Your boss will never let you grow, rather entire credit he'll take and get promoted without doing anything. 14. At the end when u get mad and unable to take torture, ragging, humiliation, massive created work pressure, depression you yourself will be bound to leave. Rest decision will be yours to take.

...recently across most critical functions. Lack of workhorses in most departments. Recruitment of senior officials at high posts at astronomical salary, who do not contribute or provide any solution to problems.

The colleagues at Shrachi was very good, helpful and cordial. Work life balance is superb.

Dislikes

Head of Management of Real Estate Division is just atrocious. Insults staffs of every level pulling personal life and salary on every occasions. Don't have any idea of execution level and starts micromanaging. Management here believes on HIRE and FIRE. From November 2021 people left: MANAGER LEGAL 1 and 2, AGM SALES MYSELF GM ACCOUNTS VP PROJECTS VP PROJECTS 2 VP LEGAL DIRECTOR VP FINANCE VP PURCHASE PROJECT HEADS 2 AGM OPERATIONS AGM QUALITY ASSISTANT MANAGER MARKETING and SALES SENIOR MANAGER HR MANAGER ACCOUNTS AGM BACK OFFICE MANAGER SALES So can get an idea about the attrition of the company in last 1 year.

Management is going through a self-made financial crunch, salary time is on average 20th of every month. Technical persons are very few here. The working style is as old school yet.
