There is nothing to like in this company.

...pany having to payroll one is shotformats payroll and second is Tvarita payroll. who ever person is on shotformats payroll they have to wait 2 or 3 month for salary with 30% deduction salary and who ever is on Tvarita payroll they getting salary on time. HOD always giving fake commitment about salary and when we ask about salary some times they says just go and look other jobs we will not entertain your attitude over here. 5 to 6 people who was working with this company including me with honesty, but HOD call us and said that you people are cheating with us and doing fraud internally and through out us form company, but the actual reason is that they can't afford the salary (I don't understand their logic in this, if you not able to give salary then say the truth, why you're lying to us.) If any one want to join this company i suggest that its better to be a jobless.

...t for evry employee from march 2020 due to corona and that too two months delay.Anyone who joins here will get salary on time for first two months.If you dont blive this then do google with shotformats and see the reviews. They dont have official parking facility because they havnt cleared society dues which is pending from few years.

Worst place to work with..Upraisal to ineternal spooners..Senior keep bitching...Salary never comes on time..And they deduct money from salary n if asked about the same HR says will add in next month but the next month never ever comes....horrible place to work at..They never process the claims of poor peoples..

After leaving that job i expected that they will give me my full salary.but after so much request they won't give me my full month salary also pf amount.so it's very unsatisfied behaviour.

I worked in the company back from a duration from 2017-2019 Nothing else to say here..

They don't provide the salary on time. There was no work-life balance. Too much pressure. The owner Niyati was very abusive and always cussed from her cabin. They are frauds and have not even given us the FNF yet.
