Worked at Shorthills during covid times. We had almost no pressure for job security. Management was keen enough to know the health status of employees every day by conducting online meetings. Management has assured us to stay safe and stay at home and spend time with family. Work culture and employee-friendly policies are at best in industry.

Dislikes

As compare to market our salary is low, it's my thought although working with ShortHills there is no dislikes, we work in our comfortable zone

They are located in Ambience mall, and lil flexible timings to come to office

...travel if required and after joining was always made to travel, 5 days a week. And was asked to shift to gurgaon with the peanut salary. Above all, their HR will make you write reviews on ambition box, Glassdoor, Google , LinkedIn forcefully upon joining, in the first week itself. And if you refuse to do, they will not give you goodies, laptop, they complaint to higher management. So if you see all these goody good reviews about the company on these platforms, they are written by employees in first week itself, kindly don't trust them.

I am working here as research associate since November 2022,and I just loved the working space & environment.the managers and colleague are so supportive & polite.For women's company also provide maternity leave & work from home as required. Working hours are so suitable. Overall I feel good & everyone meets you with positive vibes whether belonging to any designation.
