It has always been my dream company, and for the few years of working in shoprite have learn many skills and experience and also help build my career. Dislikes

Slow in upgrading staff salaries, and in aspects of benefits there are lots of different. Talking of team mate most don't work together, everybody is claiming there own boss. All department need constant training in order to motivate them, teach them, and put them through the ways things are done properly.
