1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.

... people have ego problem . Nikalne se pehle hi new member join karwaya jata hai. Kaam bahot karwate hai par salary jyada badi nahi diya jati. Manager ki galti bhi data entry operator per ya phhir junior per thok dete hai. So please join karne se pehle bahot thinking se. Aana.

As company management has recently changed so many unwanted pressure are coming in frame. Culturally good company. One can work here for lifetime only if he/she is coming from financially rich background. Because worst part is the salary. Firstly salary is pathetic. Growth opportunities are there but that growth will soon become curse when one will see salary slip. Good place for beginners to learn. But one promotion within 2 years and jump to another company probably the best strategy to work here.

If you get a good employee caring manager then it is like the best retail sector job...if you will get bad manager then life will be horrible..the best part of this is work-life balance and job satisfaction

For insiders there are very less chances of Promotion/Appraisal, even if, they are promoted, the increment in the salary is very less For Outsiders, the appointed person will get more salary compared to the one who has been internally promoted... Chances of Internal Promotion is very bleak. One always attempts to gain favour of Department Managers to get promotion in Salary and Posts There is a wider gap in the salary paid to the one who is internally promoted and to the one who is externally selected!!!! For externals the salary is awesome... For internals it's just a growth of few thousand rupees...
