I was offered same salary of my previous company which upsets me time to time. Thier remuneration is not that apealing. Rest good company to work with.

As company management has recently changed so many unwanted pressure are coming in frame. Culturally good company. One can work here for lifetime only if he/she is coming from financially rich background. Because worst part is the salary. Firstly salary is pathetic. Growth opportunities are there but that growth will soon become curse when one will see salary slip. Good place for beginners to learn. But one promotion within 2 years and jump to another company probably the best strategy to work here.

If you get a good employee caring manager then it is like the best retail sector job...if you will get bad manager then life will be horrible..the best part of this is work-life balance and job satisfaction

It's a good organization to start a career and to grab a lot of knowledge. Job security is great and also the working environment.

Salary is a part to be considered as they pay little less in comparison to other retailers but will have a great boost in career.
