...ect and they all are playing with me in wrong way but they didn't help me out. Salary part is also very low because they promised me to give 20% - 30% good package if I set up the store in 3 months, which I have done in 15 days only but I didn't get my package upgraded. Even growth is very less compair to other counter parts. I was appointed as a Adminiterative Head, but I have to look after the Maintenance part, HR part and of Visual Merchandise part also and the reason given by Operations Head is that they can't negotiate like you with vendors and they are not able to get good vendors etc etc.

Dislikes

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

Don't join shopper stop in Chandigarh i requested to everyone don't waste your time because there HR is not good .

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

... people have ego problem . Nikalne se pehle hi new member join karwaya jata hai. Kaam bahot karwate hai par salary jyada badi nahi diya jati. Manager ki galti bhi data entry operator per ya phhir junior per thok dete hai. So please join karne se pehle bahot thinking se. Aana.
