The company was good until lockdown and covid19. There was job security, good salary but now the company is laying down employees at all level. Growth opportunities were there now everything is uncertain. I am one of the employees who has lost his job.

Politics and job security now. Everything is uncertain and company changes its policy very often.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

But now we are all going to through the pandamic covid 19 situation. They have been layoff of many employees in my store and they don't want support us

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Some senior staffs were very good. Everything was ok until they've asked me to resign because they're reducing manpower due to this pandemic. Instead of standing together.

...sound academics. But at the hard times, when we're supposed to support together. They just asked me and 18-19 colleagues to resign and then offered compensation.
