No salary growth in last 5 year, i start work with shopperstop my starting year salary is 11300rs, now after five years my last salary is 12700rs, thats why the reason

After lockdown, they are now calling us on job but there is no transport facility from our place.

...industry there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company SOP . Shoppers Stop company every month assement for new post & every year appraisals see as score card and given good salary hike and bonus.

I like to became cashier because annual once company will increase salary.when I was cashier they are increasing up to 2000 thousand.i became finance and accounts only company as increased 365rs I am not company happy with this salary in accounts team.again shoppers shop gave chance means I like to go for operation team.

Don't join shopper stop in Chandigarh i requested to everyone don't waste your time because there HR is not good .

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.
