This organization boasts of the most inefficient management system that I have encountered in my professional experience. 3. There is a clear lack of appreciation for job roles within the company, with constant interference in the work of colleagues rather than fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding. 4. Despite having knowledge of their respective work roles. (Ex: The social media manager thinks he is a company manager.) 5. Every company earns from clients and projects, but here the company earns by deducting the salary of the employees, basically follow bad practice to calculate the salary. #get_better Advice to new entrants: 1.
