Nothing i can think of.

Dislikes

Lacks a working culture. No work-life balance. Late working hours and work on weekends and public holidays. Deadlines suck big time. Nothing much done for the employees and their benefits by the management. Company doesn't have any system. this is no place for a creative professional. Quantity matters over quality.

Likes

The exposure to a wide variety of clientele. Sincerity towards clients and the relationships with them.

Dislikes

Sometimes we lack the taking of a stand for the team and shy from opposing unrealistic and irrational asks made by clients.

Likes

Excellent support from all the departments and above all the management support and the free hand in taking decisions

Dislikes

Work load in much more that is the only thing and pressure but you get support when required

Shobiz is an excellent place to work. I personally learned a lot in my tenure. Only the branch incharge Aravind who spoils the morality in the branch and tortures the employees who are favourable to the Company and not favourable to him. He used to get commission from every Vendor through the Employees who work in the branch, who ever is honest and not collecting commission from vendors were treated badly and abused directly and indirectly. I wonder how such an Excellent company still believes in him even after losing valuable resources(employees) in the branch. He is the 1st person who blocks any benefits given to the employees by the management. He continously forced honest employees to look for other jobs and threatens them they may loose their job any time since the Company is not performing good. Thanks to him because of his tortures we are strong and ready to handle any challenges in life.

Dislikes

The branch incharge Aravind is the only threat to the Chennai Branch. He misled the employees by showing wrong persons in other branches and probes them for mal practicing in the branch
