It is great fun to work with SHOBI Group. Young colleagues, neat and clean work environment. Proper caring of team mates. Really enjoying a lot. Productivity is properly tracked and all performers are rewarded and acknowledged. Wonderful work life balance.

It is wonderful working experience with colleagues. On Job Learning. Close compitition to meet daily transactions volume. After work always fun time.

There should be a Training Team. Currently business head is giving us training after sparing time from his hectic schedule.
