No cleanliness in office premises, During Rainy season, Gutter water flows on the road side causing water logging, Employee need to walk through Dirty Water. New Employee always been hired after notice period completed by earlier resigned Employee, so that New joiner wont be able to understand problems faced while working. No job Security. No proper guidance to Juniors

Company Bosses harasses a lot. Work pressure every day. Abusive language to employees. People work in this company just to survive. No Job security. Bosses will fire any time of they wants to without notice. Very very Bad location. Unhealthy work premises.

One of the biggest marine company of India. Top managements are excellent and supportive. Overall, every individual have their space here to grow,learn and achieve the set goals.

The junior staff of the company who are working since years doesn't care about the new beas,they always treat and think as they're the owner's relatives. Backbiters and credit stealers. If you can ignore such, anyone can do survive here

Training - No such concept, Zero Job Security, Career Growth is totally depend upon owner. Treatment of Management towards employees it totally worst. They treat employees like donkeys, one of the director is really very very harsh he will behave as per his mood, throwing papers, using bad words, zero importance to employees personal life. They just exploit people. Office location is also bad and like isolated one so, risk of working till late night is high. Its risky for female as well as male candidate. Some set off people can leave on time rest need to work till late depending upon mood of Management person.
