I have been associated with SHM since past 7 years i can guarantee the work culture compared to any other company related to the marine industries is far more better in terms of ethics and professionalism.

Dislikes

The only negative side of working with SHM is and everyone in my team will agree to me is the distance i have to travel everyday. I live in suburbs and my office being in south Mumbai the travelling to cumbersome.

The culture is very godd and work experience is excellent. If you are a fresher then this company is best for gaining knowledge which will help you in carrer growth. It's a great experience I am having at this company right now. HR team is very supportive.

Area of working location, No WFH culture. Growth rate is very low compared to other companies.

I have seen my growth with the company and willing to grow further. The work environment here is similar to other leading companies, but it is more open because of the team appointed by the senior management
