Overall, Very Good Company to Work with. I personally, Enjoy working with SHM Group under excellent Top Management.

Ability to work under pressure is an advantage and requirement for every company. Taking work stress is an individual way of handling the work pressure and may vary from person to person.

I have been associated with SHM since past 7 years i can guarantee the work culture compared to any other company related to the marine industries is far more better in terms of ethics and professionalism.

Dislikes

The only negative side of working with SHM is and everyone in my team will agree to me is the distance i have to travel everyday. I live in suburbs and my office being in south Mumbai the travelling to cumbersome.

The culture is very godd and work experience is excellent. If you are a fresher then this company is best for gaining knowledge which will help you in carrer growth. It's a great experience I am having at this company right now. HR team is very supportive.

Area of working location, No WFH culture. Growth rate is very low compared to other companies.

I am working as Graphic Designer in this company since last 9 years. It was a challenge for me work in marine field, but my senior supported me a lot. I have seen my growth with the company and willing to grow further. The work environment here is similar to other leading companies, but it is more open because of the team appointed by the senior management
