Colleagues are good, they have nice office and they pay good at hiring time.

Dislikes

Indian management is bit rude on calls, doesn't seem professional. During pandemic due to wfh culture work life balance is also impacted, getting calls on odd hours is very common.

No HR policy. Provocative and malicious work environment. Nepotism and favouritism at its highest. Old employees will make the life of new employees most horrible.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
