This company has no work culture…asks the employees to work on weekends that too without extra pay. Dirty politics between the team members. They don’t respect your personal boundaries and put too much pressure on employees to work on extended hours

Colleagues are good, they have nice office and they pay good at hiring time.

Indian management is bit rude on calls, doesn't seem professional. During pandemic due to wfh culture work life balance is also impacted, getting calls on odd hours is very common.

Company policy will not applicable for below managers level. Company will not consider your concern you raise to HR or higher management. There is dirty politics NORTH AND SOUTH INDIAN. Flexible working hours which takes your 12 hours a day

Team culture is good. No micromanagement Managers are very reasonable with regards to leaves and time off needed. Everyone in the team wants to learn and grow. Managers are very knowledgeable and are mostly ready to help you.

Sometimes there is a pressure on you to deliver results fast (which may affect the quality of work you do).

They hire people to fire. Most unorganised company with no respect for employee rights and mental health. Abusive and manipulative managers. Worst kind of politics in the name of business. No HR policy. Provocative and malicious work environment. Nepotism and favouritism at its highest. Old employees will make the life of new employees most horrible.
