They didn't have any idea what so ever about entering into Government business India still hired me. Seems with no plan they got into this business neither they are ready to adapt changes as per indian government business

Opportunities to learn and grow. There are ample platforms access to unskill. We can also put our points without thinking about upper management. If they are valuable, they are considered.

No internal growth, Promotion on the the basis of relation you have with higher authorities no matter how bad your skills set is. No appreciation for good work. Boss is always right.
