I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

There nothing to like in this company stay alert don't join this company.

Dislikes

The dislikes points are so much that it will not be completed its a third class cheap company which do not any rules and discipline they will not provide you the salary after work and if they give salary they will give it at the last week of the month after you work there. Means they will labour you 15 to 25 days extra of which you are not going to be get paid
