Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good work environment and nature culture . Suoportives chefs and management HR . Company policy are good and they give good salary hike bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow .. not apply for job trainne in this hotel

As I became a part of heritage resorts and hotel shiv niwas udaipur just few weeks before the pandemic started still company providing me financial support with my job security, I am very thankful for taking such a good care of employees like me, it's my pleasure working with HRH GROUP.
