It is very bad company , I will suggest every one never join in this company . They don't give salary of employees .

Every thing is not okay in this company as for example - salary issue , bihaviour issue , not as like a organization , duty timing issue . There no weekly off for employees .

...y run on a 3rd party work and the company is doing fraud with some "chamchas". You have to work 16 hours in the same salary if we talk about job profile so there is no job profile you have to do all work like shipments handling, sweeping, system work, and boss ki gaali sunna.

I didn't like anything small company like a home and even they do not have cleaning staff you have to clean your utensils after the tea aur lunch also

They have very disgusting employee and they always bitching and insecure with others .

Tell me if there is one thing, there are so many shortcomings that you cannot tell. There is nothing to be learned here, the work life is very bad, as the laborers do the work,There is no personal life, salary is very low, politics is very high, owners themselves take manager's feedback from the lowest level.
