Salary was credited on time Teammates were supportive. Decision given was quick

During the covid we have been laid off. Work culture is not satisfying. Before covid 19 we had notice period of 90 days to 180 days due to which we were not able to get the jobs. else where. Now post covid 19 when there is job issue globally notice period is being reduced to 30 days . This is. purely monopoly based company No holidays on national holidays like 2nd October, election voting day etc . Work satisfaction we never got , no job stability. Career growth is very low specially for the staff . No job training . No personality development training.
