Because you are working for client and salary credited by Shivamtech. They(Shivamtech) will not able to give you work balance and not taken any decisions on it.

after 1st company releaved us shivamtech kept us on desk for nearly 3 months

salary hike is very bad they have not hiked salary of employees for about an year and after that also the compansation was not good benefits from the cliend were not reaching to us employees of shivamtech one time they just changed the medical insurence to their terms if u r fresher then dont make a contract of if u do make it 1 year and look for another opportunities
