The company doesn't have proper organisational structure. They lack basic team work and authority frame. As it is a locally and politically driven organisation, personal and political equation carry weight over the competence and expertise. The firm doesn't provide enough space and scope for the professional behaviour as it largely lack the long term vision in its operations. Lot of interference by influential personnel in other departments. No incentive for being no nonsense and goal oriented, affirmative person. Basically this firm is not for the apt, skilled and professional person. It has potential to be market leader but lacks the will and efforts.
