Management is not proper towards employee and totally insecure behaviour with employees. Like they will disclose their monopoly which is actually not at all. Employees were designated on such post but always treated like under designation. Incoming tine is fix but there is not fix off time not even any OT or time flexibility for over timing. It's meaningless to put ur ideas in front of management to improve productivity accept 1-2 members all I can say firm runs like running a single person according to his will totally STUBORN environment for work. Within a year I saw more then 50-70 employees joined a firm and left within the few weeks. Never care about ur personal medical emergencies like near to death situation.

The company is exporting Bentonite Mineral and its value added products to outside of India such as Thailand, Malaysia, Poland, Spain, Dubai, Qatar etc. The company is also doing business with multi national companies. Because of global exposure, I have learnt a lot about International Business Strategies. I am looking after mostly International clients as well as domestic clients. Because of it, I have got chance to meet customers domestic and internationally. The company has also office in Dubai as well. Work culture and environment is also excellent.

Dislikes

The company does not provide any new training to their employees. The company does not provide any safety such as life insurance or health insurance, job training, soft skill training.
