It's Good For Learning Work Skills,Client Engaging tchnique's. Good Salary Structure but not wortable for all its based on manager thought (On the work and Off the work) and your skill .

I did't like to share such things here. I suggest just be with you . learn skills and knowledge complete interact with manager and colleagues . Its fine to survive and as well as for good hikes too.

I don't want to blame company but the employees, first thing they hire fresher with 0 knowledge. And management keeps on banging their heads by conducting meetings. My experience with my department was more worst because the Corporate HR namely Nidhi, she thinks she is the one the best Hr but she doesn't carry any knowledge however she knows how to make out the work from others and take all credits by putting pressure on employee. She is biased too, will support their friends at work place. Nidhi is good at keeping unproductive meetings and the motive of that meeting is nothing but story telling where she herself says I don't have knowledge so I want other HRs to work together. But unfortunately they don't know anything don't have basic knowledge on anything. They gossip and do time pass. Nidhi knows only one thing, how to manipulate things and fabricating stories that even upto good level. Next is Rahul I don't know why the management has hired him. He can't even frame a single sentence in english. Rohini, she passes unnecessary taunt on people. But if they analysis themselves they are even more worst.

Worst management. If the Hr itself doesn't have common sense, how they can manage entire company. I recommend not to join this organisation
