...person..behave like illiterate..he doesn't know about how to manage a Plant..... salary never pays on time, totally mismanagement and company are facing fund crisis...

All facilities are bed like canteen food, management planing, 10+day late salary, No Tooling and No PPE's

Salary is very low. Increment is zero on the job training is not given to new joinees. Miss coronation in management

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is nothing you like about, except work learning.

...No permanent job. Food is not good. Contractual job. There are many contractors. But two contractor give you salary at time except another's give salary after date of 15 of another month. Or sometime they give your salary more than 21 days of a month.

Work culture is not bad, nighter too much pressure, relaxing work culture.

Dislikes

Management not Good, nighter HR department is well as should be a helping employees in HR department, No salary increment, Politics play, No person growth. No respect of talent.
