Timely salary and compensations , Top Management is very easy to approach, High work - life balance , Ethical and sound policies. Insurance for self and family . Team outings , Rewards and recognitions for team members and for family members.

...ng isUpper management is Very good and cooperative with Front line sales team. Our owner is very gentle person and pay scales are good.

Lower level politics are here, you can't grow if you are thinking. every one is running his own decided way. No matter how you are doing hard work ultimately you will not win. The reason behind politics Always you will critisise by your team if you are asking for work, the reason only politics.

Realme product is good and ground staff was good helpful people.

Company management is very poor. it's just like a running candidate without any aim without any training without any facility just need to run run run. Price difference in on line and offline . even the seniors was unable to answer dealers question. No service centre . stock sort even same stock available on online platforms in huge quantity. No transparency in scheme . No travel facility just use bus for hole market. top seniors behave like that he is father of every employee. they treat that they will remove you and demotivate in another part of company. In my 8 year experience this was the worst decision of my life. even i have done work with OPPO,VIVO,IDEA, FUTURE GROUP but this was my biggest mistake. even they have no value of experience employee .

Over all experience with company is very good as our MD Mr Shobhit Goyal itself a Royal Person,during Lock down he motivated us as well as paid our salary .

Problem is only with the lower management no one is here to listen,work in the basis of perception. Castism and Politics on high nods.
