there is nothing about to like in shiva hardwell. it is a trash comapny with disguisting working enviroment which can easily make someome depressed. also the timings are not fixed and the wages is too low according the work pressure.

They offer job by signing bond for 3 years.

Dislikes

Politics, Burden on single employee for doing testing, prepare reports and movement from one plant to second plant daily, in the name of increment they give Rs 1000-2000 on yearly basis. If you applied somewhere else for job they will humiliate you and give negative information to other company on background verification. My personal suggestion is that it is better to job less while doing job in this type of 'daldal' or deadplace.
