Average company job security is 100% work culture is not so bad but you have lots of work pressure in short duration of time, Management is not transparent, no chilling point, Policies are only in comapny favor not for employees, Appraisals are not so fair, Strict working hours, no overtime for extra hours. Hr policies are very strict and only in company favour.
