Work load is manageable. Some seniors are good they will teach you something. Owner is quite good and supportable.

Dislikes

They will not teach you anything If you are fresher about their work. They will use you as their file uploder and back office worker even of you are engineer. I was senior there and I left because of some politics of one member who knows how to do a postman job and assuming himself as a project manager. He does have a lot of knowledge but fresher is too good in comparison to him in case of management. One newly added member is just a shoe licker of boss at the end they all are from the same caste. Seniors are very good no doubt but due to some people company is very bad to work there
