Otherwise you may be terminated any time without any notice with immediate effect and no salary sleep or otherwise will be provided on their discretion. No job security feeling during working duration inspite of hard work. No communicaion possible after removal. Plus point is working during working hour only and timely receiving salary in your account and is a systemised firm.
