... lousy. I would advise against joining this company for the sake of your future. Opportunities for salary increments are virtually non-existent, and I strongly recommend never signing any blank documents if you decide to work there.

...who is working there they are seeking new job because this is the worst company. The deduct an amount from your salary and when you leave they didn't give your complete salary, the pressurized employees to leave the job in middle and hold there salaries for 2-4 months and after they didn't give the total amount, I left the job in pressure of work which is not part of my job profile and after that they didn't pay may salary now it's completed one year and I didn't get my salary the director and his son both use abuse language with employees they shout on employees on small things. I never recommend this company.

Nothing , director of company is so rude that you never want to be work there. In terms of ethics and cultures I will rate them -100. They are harassing employee by legal actions.

No salary increment no overtime payment no mobile phone used , nothing is good here all are manipulating. Even the positive comments here are paid one.
