Basically shirdi sai electrical ltd. is manufacturer of power and distribution transformer, and it have started to work on electrical projects department.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so good, and growth is normal than other and allowance is better than other. But here is an issue with sallery, they aren't deposit our sallery on time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. it was really amazing. hear people will learn quickly and they will get a good opportunity.

First upon salary is a quit late, it's sill developing like under contractions.

...e employees. Need to give technical and non technical training to the employees. The salary growth also less compared any other Core companies. But we can learn more work in less time. Re-hire policy is here i like the most.

Salary growth is very less. And Salary is paying on 20 to 25 days later to a month. No appreciations. No Training to the employees. after certain time there is no growth in the work. As usual work need to do.

Freedom in work, you can learn multiple skills if you interest in manufacturing side, ideal for local people with who wants to stay near home and having low expectations of salary.

...no policy in increments, it may be 2 years or 3 years depends on the mood of MD. Delay in salaries, very low salaries, career growth within company?..
