Nothing to like. They will offer you gud salary and will make your life miserable. No culture, no sop, no rule. Only one rule, whatever CBO says that's the rule. He will tell " pata nahi kahan kahan se aa jate hen" even though he himself interviewed you. He has no emotional values, he will ask you to do his job within time-line even any employees mother gets cancer or somebody die from employee's family. This leadership quality comes from his management quota MBA from Harvard. All other co-founders are very cool. Plz don't join in KAM, Sales, CS. Join in Tech accounts, bcoz he don't look after these dept.

Salary : Not so good in the industry Culture: overall culture is bad being a tech company there is too less tech importance and and layoffs every now and then and very important mention to the vp of core he doesn't know the shiprocket' s tech works and gives unrealistic timelines as well as panicked in every issue.
