The management is very bad there behaviour language and attitude everything is the worst specially the CEO if he dislikes you he will humiliate you like anything also there is this sales person Yash he is pathetic if you someday join this company just stay away from him

1. Salary was timely given on the 1st of every month 2. Free snacks on the end of each month.

Dislikes

1. Unprofessional language and harsh behaviour used by top management. 2. A strict thirty-minute lunch break. 3. Lack of communication and coordination with employees. 4. Old school hardware with desktop computers and landline telephones.

Only one thing that I like about this company that my colleague are friendly

They hired most of employees from 3rd party source and pay less than half salary compared to their registered employee with Same amount of work load also they don't provide any yearly bonus to their 3rd party employees and also 3rd party employees doesn't allow to take leaves if they take leaves then they will cut the whole day salary amount so overall the treat their 3rd party employees very badly that's the reason I left the company i joined cause I want to gain experience and I can say it was a worst experience By the way that 3rd party company name is M&T enterprise who provide employees to Shipra comercial

HR is the most irritating personality here who keep on screwing the employees just to secure his position in the name of Dicipline.It is a production house of T shirt for shpping mall. People working here are optionless & so working as a lobour as we see in a factory .Exceptions are only HR & HOD from own lobby who is someway related to Owner .The Director here is out dated & stingy person but a best fit for customising product design sitting with tailors.He is good at tailoring & back bitting .No one stays here for long just for Stupid HR & the so called value less Director .Very Bad culture with cheap mentality .Dont join this Company or you will repent .you have no liberty to move eat drink talk once you report in office .Every time you are burdended with manual job by HOD & no space for growth .Leave is for show but depends on HODs wish.In one word Shipra is not an office but similar to Jail which is even better.
