There are always ways to do things in a better way and when such feedbacks are shared they are considered and worked upon based upon business requirement and needs of-course putting the business acumen always to top.

...one disturb you on week offs, no direct calls from Manager ot TL regarding work. Salary on time. Permanent remote. You can direct interact with clients or higher management.

Dislikes

Company provide leaves in abundance but management force you to work on holidays & suppress you for leaves. They prefer that agents should not take leaves and work like a labour. Employee welfare is minimal. Incentives are very minimal. Promotions are very rare.

If you are deserving you definitely get opportunities to grow. Salary is industry specific No office politics Permanent Work from home get extra paid for holidays (if you are working)

Very strict for SOPs As its a US firm so you may need to cover some Indian holidays (incl Diwali)

> Salary hike is a meagre 5% even if you have performed outstandingly. > When you’re managing a good stat throughout, the manager goes “well this what you’re hired to do”. So this is a bit condescending. > No reimbursement for courses. > Skill development is absent after sometime.

- Company culture - Learning opportunities - salary & benefits - Leadership is supportive - Remote working - Work life balance - Leadership is very selective and conservative in too much hiring, which is good in the period of global uncertainty. Good hiring decision avoid the situation of hiring and firing.

There is nothing to dislike as of now. Being a consumer / e commerce related company, Day to day operational issues are sometimes irritating. But that is a part of job.
