> Salary hike is a meagre 5% even if you have performed outstandingly. > When you’re managing a good stat throughout, the manager goes “well this what you’re hired to do”. So this is a bit condescending. > No reimbursement for courses. > Skill development is absent after sometime.

Salary, 5 day & WFH allowances.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, no support, no SME to assist on difficult cases, even the SME do not know the solution. Team Leader VIKRAM JAIN is the worst support anyone can have. Training model is the worst I have seen in years. No Job security. IN PIP one DSAT and that is it, RESIGN.
