Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...ive some good break timings during lunch and tea time. Hostel facility is good Give bonus on diwali and pongal. Give 1 week leave for seasonal holidays.

Dislikes

There is no free time when workload is heavy. You have to change your job roles when company is needed. You cannot implement your ideas to the company. Everything is scripted in this company no innovative is there and they don't ask your opinion for your work role. You like it or not you have to do the job for need. Even you have to work in Sundays also.

This company is a very good place for freshers to develop our knowledge....very safe...MD sir is really very nice person And he is very kind....all are very good and caretakers....niz atmosphere...

Dislikes

Salary is low.....this is the only minus in that company otherwise it is a very good company

well supportive management they teach and help us grow in every aspect and most importantly they provide us with opportunity to prove oneself.

Dislikes

My point of negativity on the concern is they keep too much trust on employees, so some advantages are taken inside the work space .
