New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. As my first company, i have a really good experience working in Shinsung C&T India. It has helped me gain confidence and have positive impact in our life. Hard work is recognized and rewarded in this corporation. I have seen that people have written bad reviews about our company. I would like them to look back on your performances and then give reviews. you reap what you sow. Many a times Loyalty is important, but you can't expect loyalty from people who would do anything for money.

The company has no discrimination. It is under the company policy that if there would be any document/certificates fraud/forged, the company has all the rights to terminate the concerned person like all other companies. If by firing those people makes you think that the management is racist than I suggest you reflect on your actions first.
