Dislikes

Factory standard norms not following in this company, If any critical situation in this company you should stay for more than 24-48 etc hours. Korean people domination is extremely high. You can't able to communicate with them in a formal manner. They completely dominate you. There is no leave provisions even you have paid leave. All you need is 6 days work and one day off for entire year without any leave. But sometimes weekly off also can't able to take. You have to work without off for a month also not considered as illegal work regulations against factories actin this company. Food hygienes not at all good. Don't choose this company for career growth.
