... the CEO. The managers are rude and the HR has no knowledge about the HR duties. They will deduct your salary for useless reasons. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

1. Staff is helping and mannered which authority doesn't value. 2. MD is approachable. 3. Exposure and Learning. Because of short staff, one ends up doing many tasks.

Dislikes

1. One cannot grow in environment like Shingora's. Laid back attitude, misjudging the employees, not considering the suggestions. 2. Only thing that works here is boot-licking. 3. Six days working and strict timings (salary deduction) and horrible HR policies. 4. Max appraisal of 5%

Work Life balance - No one told you for late sitting, infact management don't support such things. No Politics - Yes, no one dare to do that, Everything is crystal clear. Everyone is on Shingora chat system including MD, Direct message seen by them. All thanks to Amit Jain (MD) Ultra skills development - If you want to develop skills and knowledge along with job then this company support you to the fullest.

Dislikes

Target- You need to achieve target every week, and you have to present your past week work and plan for next week. Company is little away from main Ludhiana, but they provide bus service to their employees.

Upper management needs to have transparency in decision making, must look at working time, it’s much more than usual working time.
