Its has good environment. The mentor are connected to thier mentee always they help us all the time when we were in any difficulties.. overall good experience from the shine projects.

Dislikes

The compensation program is bad at shineproject. They did not pay the remuneration at the time and there was much delay..and sometimes they did not pay even we completed the target.

Since it is a startup co., it can't give permanent jobs to interns No job security Failing their target means that interns won't get internship certificate
