Too much work load and work pressure. Being a growing company, management strives hard for progress. Sometimes, recognition of efforts goes unnoticed.

Work load is minimal as there is no pressure regarding project complition

Dislikes

Ties and links work in the company. People from outside Maharastra might face difficulty in working. Engineering don't matter as much because the higher ups are not upto the mark to guide and basically they need supervisors to make thing work. People are working from the start of company and there is hatred for high earning individuals. Mails to HR and company are neglected and work culture is poor. Hierarchy is not followed. Fooding provided is not adequate not suitable for animal.

They just throw a work on us and even if we didn't had an little bit idea of it still we had it and no guide by HOD and this was very poor behaviour with us and so the employee over there get stressful life and one more thing there salaries were also not on time.. because of politics in company..so guys mine advice is not to join this company ever in your life they just gave a shit to employee
