Most dislike thing was the branch manager Ratik arora who is actually a CA but running a family insurance business in the city and he was like a cheater, lier and most terrible person. He grabs your agents insurance policies and take all payout in his account when some agents visit office or any one calls and asked him to get back the amount then he excused and blamed his employees that they will not share the proper details. He doesn't care about the market trend and competition he just want his profit chahe vo jaise marzi aae and more important thing that when he realize that the amount who is not belong to him than he took 10% cut and released the agent amount giving nonsense reply that company cuts his margin so he take back his 10% amount from his own agents. Bda hi vahiyat banda hai ca hoke aisi chize karna.. Sharam bhi nhi aati ese chori krte hue .
